Digital Akshaya operates as a service platform facilitating the submission of various government applications and services. Once a service request has been submitted and payment has been made, it is considered final. No refunds will be provided for services that have been successfully initiated or completed.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid to Digital Akshaya, including service charges and convenience fees, are non-refundable once the service request has been processed, except in the following cases:

  • Service Unavailability: If a specific service requested is not available, Digital Akshaya will provide a full refund of the associated fees.

  • Payment Errors: In the event of an overcharge or duplicate payment due to technical errors, you may request a refund by contacting customer support within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund under the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Documentation: Include your transaction ID, payment details, and any relevant documentation or screenshots that support your refund claim.

  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request and verify the circumstances. Refunds will be processed only if the claim meets the terms specified in this policy.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. No Refund for User Errors

Refunds will not be provided in cases where the user submits incorrect information, fails to provide accurate documents, or does not complete the application process within the required timeframe. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your service request.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have any disputes regarding payments or refunds, we encourage you to contact our customer support for resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the applicable laws of Kerala, and legal proceedings, if necessary, will take place within the jurisdiction of Kerala.
